John Houston: On Selling His Company, Business Leadership, Listening To God, Identity, and Tithing

In the Learning by Doing podcast, Pastor Kolby sits down with John Houston. John graduated from SAGU with a degree in Business in 1997. He went on to start his own business, John Houston Custom Homes (JHCH), in 2005 with a mission in mind: Reach people for Christ and give to the Kingdom of God. John now owns six other businesses all for the purpose of giving to the Kingdom of God. John is married to Tracy Houston and they have two children. John talks to Kolby about recent transitions in the company, selling the company to his employees through ESOP, business leadership practices, listening to God, identity, and tithing.
